Daily Elixir Launch at the New Trump Towers and Spas
Chicago and Las Vegas – Spring 2008
The Daily Elixir full product line - of gemstone infused waters, face elixir and CD for Meditative Calm, was launched at the Spa at Trump in Chicago and Las Vegas in early spring 2008.
Daily Elixir Menu Planning: Above and beyond Daily Elixir... for many months prior to opening, Fredericka Fairchild (President and Creative Director at Daily Elixir) collaborated with Spa Directors to authenticate all of the spa’s “gemstone healing modalities”. Fredericka helped to conceptualize the Spa at Trump service intentions - a tranquil haven, to calm, balance, purify, revitalize, and heal body, mind and spirit. In addition she carefully assigned the corresponding gemstone and aromatic ingredients for each intention in their hospitality menu and treatment offerings.
Corporate Coaching: Fredericka visited both spas to coach and train all employees in the various service intentions, in addition to presenting the Daily Elixir line. With a lifelong history of conference presentation, workshop teaching and as a trained psychotherapist coaching her clients in numerous industries, working with the Spa at Trump staff was a natural, with this new audience. Each training session commenced with a guided meditation for relaxation. Highlighted themes included: service, the staff’s personal intention at the start of each day, humility, leadership and appreciating the individual differences of each guest by relying upon acute listening skills, empathy and a nurturing focus. Role playing and Q&A rounded out the experience for everyone attending.
Fredericka knows the spa industry is the new gateway, introducing alternative healing modalities to the general public.
