Along with Durham and Chapel Hill, the city is part of what residents refer to as “the triangle,” and the mingling of city borders and resources creates a unique opportunity for residences and visitors alike in terms of employment, attractions, and resources. Several prominent hospitals and medical research institutions, including Duke Raleigh Hospital, are located in the area as well.
